How much does Home Staging Cost?

All potential properties to be staged will not cost the same. Every property is different, the cost varies based on various factors. Check our services section for more information.

What is included in a Home Consultation?

Your property will get a full evaluation which will include a full report with all the recommendations for updates, repairs, paint colour, furniture selection and décor items that may be needed. This will prepare your home to be decluttered and purged. During this time our team member will be available to assist you if you have any questions, which will be free of charge.

If items are rented what will be the fees?

Rented items will be on a monthly rental rate. However, if your house is still on the market and the realtor is not able to sell it there will be a percentage charge exceeding the month. If the house sells during the month the staging fee is set for the full month.

Why should I spend money on a house I am selling?

Your home is one of your largest investments you make. By staging your home, it maximizes your R.O.I (return on investment). Buyers are looking for a “move in ready look” they will pay more to get a clean staged home.

Should an empty home be staged?

Yes, when empty homes are staged it brings out the warmth of the space with the added furniture and décor. With a staged home, it gives the buyer a feel of the home’s true potential and the ability to envision themselves and their family in the home.

After the consultation how will the staging begin?

For the staging to proceed following is required.

  • 50% down payment of the staging cost based on the estimate and invoice provided.

  • Signed consent on the contract with all the terms and conditions.

  • A signed credit card authorization form which we will keep on file for any damages to rental items which will be added to the final balance due date.
